2 quarts turkey broth*
1 cup potatoes, cubed
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup celery, sliced
¼ cup chopped onion
1 pkg frozen baby lima beans
1 tsp salt
1 cup uncooked noodles
1 cups turkey meat, cut up
(add veg. to broth along with salt & noodles & simmer 15 min. Add turkey, heat thoroughly

Strip as much turkey meat as possible from bones (set aside). Put bones & skin into a large kettle & barely cover with cold water. Add 1 chicken bouillion cube, 1 tsp salt, 12 peppercorns, 4 cloves, 1 stalk celery, 1 carrot, 1 small onion all cut up.
Cover and simmer for 2-3 hours or until all meat falls from bones.
Strain broth & use immediately or refrigerate for use within a day or 2 or freeze for later use. You can add any vegetable or rice that you like to make a soup
