1 English cucumber, slice into 1/4 inch round..1 container of your favorite cheese spread, I use Bourban cheese spreads...
1 smoked trout filet....

Directions:
Spread the cheese spread on the cut cucumber rounds, top with a piece of the smoked trout, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper....

These can be put on a round serving dish as they are or try adding a small amount of chopped fresh dill, a squeeze of fresh lemon or a few grains of sea salt....
Enjoy!

Cool white wine compliance this appetizer very well....
