Ingredients:
5 tbs. flour
1 c milk
½ c butter (softened)
½ c shortening (softened)
1¼ c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and milk in heavy saucepan. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Cool completely. Cream butter, shortening, and sugar until light and cooked mixture and beat for 10 minutes. Store in airtight container. Add ora flavoring when ready to use. We like using nuts and fruits, as well as vanilla for flavors. I've run across where they simply put in a little jello gelatin, pudding mix by the tbsp, or fruit juices for flavoring.
