1 large deer ham
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup celery (chopped)
1 large onion (chopped)
2 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp worcestershire
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 cup catsup

Directions:
Directions:
In an electric roaster, cook deer ham until tender (about six hours) (keep plenty of water on the ham so it doesn't dry out). Put back into roaster. Pull the cooked ham apart into small pieces. Saute in a stock pot butter, onions and celery. Once tender add all other ingredients to the stock pot. Cook until almost boiling. Pour sauce over deer meat and cook in roaster for 45 minutes. Serve while still warm.
