chicken leg thigh breast.
telma chicken cubes 2-3
onion lg
carrots (I use small )

Directions:
Directions:
Fill pot with water. Clean chicken take off skin. place chicken in pot. bring to a boil. There will be stuff rising in the water. Skim it off. Then add onion, carrots (optional celery). bring to a boil again and add chicken bullion cube /cubes. depending how much soup you are making.
Cook until the carrots are easy to cut with a spoon in the soup.
