1 peck of peppers (pepper of your choice)
2 cups vinegar
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp pickling spices

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in a saucepan vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and spices. Bring to a boil. Cut peppers and place in warmed jars. Pour brine over the peppers. Put lids and rings on jars. Hot water bath for 10 minutes.
