Ingredients:  
Ida Red or Jonathan apples Preferred. Peel and slice enough apples to fill a 9x9 pan 3/4 full - maybe about 4 or 5 apples.

Topping Ingredients:
1/2 c. white sugar (original recipe called for 1 c sugar - I reduced it)
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal (old fashioned, not instant)
1/2 c. softened butter (melt)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Arrange layer of peeled/sliced apples in buttered 9x9 pan (3/4 full)

2. Mix together topping ingredients and pour/sprinkle over apples.

Can either freeze crisp at this point OR Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
