1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt mix together

In a seperate bowl 4 lg eggs beat at room temp.
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tbsp lemon zest
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup buttermilk room temp. look up buttermilk substitute vinegar and milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell

preheat oven to 350
beat eggs throughly in seperate bowl add sugar mixture blend these well.Add melted butter lemon zest and juice add buttermilk and vanilla to egg mixture blend well.Pour into pie shell bake 35 - 45 until top is yellow and custard is set. cool and dust for powdered sugar,
