3 C flour
1 ½ C sugar
⅔ C unsweetened cocoa
2 ¼ tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ C Hellman's Real Mayonnaise
1 ½ C water
1 ½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º.

Grease and flour two 9 inch pans and line bottom with waxed paper.

Sift dry ingredients together. Stir in mayonnaise. Gradually stir in water and vanilla until smooth and blended.

Bake 30 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool completely; remove from pans; frost as desired
