3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
tsp baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips

1. Preheat oven to 375

2. Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl and set aside

3. In a separate bowl, using a mixer, whip butter and sugars together until combined

4. Beat in eggs (one at a time) and vanilla, until fluffy

5. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined DO NOT over mix

6. Add chips and fold into the cookie dough with a spoon or spatula

7. Roll a heaping tablespoon of dough at a time (or 2 tbsp. if you prefer) into a ball and place them about 1 - 2 inches a part on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, just as the cookie develops a gold color on top (less is more!)

9. Allow to cool for 2 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a cooling rack for 10 minutes

Cookies are supposed to look a little under done.
