1 cup softened butter (1 stick salted, 1 stick unsalted)
1 cup white sugar
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs (room temperature)
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips

1. Preheat oven to 375

2. Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl and set aside

3. In a separate bowl, using a mixer, whip butter and sugars together until combined

4. Beat in eggs (one at a time) and vanilla, until fluffy

5. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined – DO NOT over mix

6. Add chips and fold into the cookie dough with a spoon or spatula

7. Roll a heaping tablespoon of dough at a time (or 2 tbsp. if you prefer) into a ball and place them about 1 ½ - 2 inches a part on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, just as the cookie develops a gold color on top (less is more!)

9. Allow to cool for 2 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a cooling rack for 10 minutes

Cookies are supposed to look a little under done.
