- 1/3 cup of Peanut Butter
- 1 cup of Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1Large Egg
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Butter

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
2. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray
3. In a large, microwave safe bowl, melt the butter for about one minute on high power
4. Wait a few minutes before you add the egg to the butter so that it doesn't scramble
5. Add the peanut butter, egg, brown sugar, and vanilla into the bowl and whisk it until the mixture is smooth
6. Add the flour and stir until it is just combined, don't overmix it
7. Stir in one cup of dark chocolate chips
8. Pour the batter in the pan and gently smooth the top with a spatula
9. Bake for about 20-23 minutes or until done. Allow bars to cool in the pan at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving

If you want a stronger peanut butter taste, add 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips instead of one cup. If you want a stronger dark chocolate taste, sprinkle extra dark chocolate chips on the top of the batter, after it has been poured in the pan.
