Ingredients:
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. oleo
2/3 c. evaporated milk
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1 t. vanilla
up to 1 cup chopped nuts (I use walnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, oleo & milk in heavy saucepan & bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat & stir in chocolate chips till melted. Add marshmallow creme, nuts & vanilla, stir until well blended. Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan, or smaller pan if you prefer thicker pieces. Cool at room temp before cutting & store in covered container in fridge.

Of course you can make this w/o nuts, or half w/nuts, half w/o. Sometimes I make it w/o nuts & press a whole pecan on top of each piece as it's cooling.
