Needed to make White Gravy recipe:
1 ½ tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. butter
2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste

Rest of ingredients:
1 lb. of any kind of pasta you like
1 lb. of shredded sharp cheddar
1 lb. of shredded extra sharp cheddar
½ cup of pasta water

Directions:
Directions:
-Make 1 lb. of pasta following the directions on the box. Save about ½ cup of the pasta water before you drain the pasta. This will be used later.
-Make white gravy following the white gravy recipe in this book.
-When the white gravy is finished gradually whisk in all of the shredded cheese, mixing it in until all the cheese is melted.
-Then whisk in the pasta water to your cheese and white gravy mixture until everything is mixed together. This will make your cheese sauce.
-When your cheese sauce is done, mix in all of your pasta. Make sure the cheese sauce evenly coats your pasta.
-Enjoy!
