2 lb burger
2 pks taco seasoning
1 small onion
1 can Big & Buttery crescent rolls
1 bag shredded Mexican cheese

Preheat oven to temp on your crescent roll package. Get a pizza pan & lightly grease

Cook and drain burger with onion diced up in it while cooking. Add taco seasoning and water according to the package. Cook until most of the water has cooked out

You are making a ring shape! Lay crescent rolls with tip of triangle laying off the pan. Place each one side by side & you need to overlap them. After they are all placed correctly it will make a circle. Carefully with your finger join all dough that is touching to make it seamless.

Layer 1/2 bag of cheese around the entire ring.

Then place hefty spoonfuls of taco meat on the circle surface

Layer the remaining cheese on top of that

Then start folding over the portion of the crescent roll that was laying off the pan & tuck the tip of the triangle to the bottom of the dough. Do this all the way around!

Bake until brown

You can use regular crescent rolls but the big & buttery give it amazing flavor! Also after you get the triangles folded over, there WILL be meat showing, the goal is NOT to cover everything. You girls have watched me make this for years.....you cant mess it up...I promise.

Serve with refried beans, sour cream, tomatoes, guacamole, salsa taco sauce
