2 cups warm water
1 tbsp active dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
5-6 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Pour warm water into large mixing bowl of the bread mixer. Sprinkle in yeast and sugar and let dissolve. Add 5 cups flour and the salt and mix on medium speed for 6-7 minutes. Sprinkle counter with flour. Split dough into 2 balls, roll each one out to the size and thickness that you want it. Grease pans or sprinkle with cornmeal. Place dough on pizza pan and spread.

Let rise 10-20 minutes or no rise at all produces a crisp crust.

Bake for 5-10 minutes at 425º. Top crust as desired and return to oven for 10 minutes. Serve piping hot!
