1 large beef roast (sirloin tip works well)
1 onion chopped
2 tbsp butter
2 cups ketchup
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp Worcestershire
cup bbq sauce (Sweet Baby Rays-Honey)

1 dozen soft rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Cook roast in crockpot on low for 6-8 hours. When roast is done cooking, begin the next steps.
Saute chopped onion in butter. In a large saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, worcestershire, bbq sauce and sauteed onion. Heat through. While waiting for that to heat through, shred all of the beef with forks and return to pan. Pour sauce over beef and cook for 1-2 more hours.

Serve on rolls.
