1 ½ cup milk
1 cup whole wheat kernels
1 egg beaten
1 tbsp sugar
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
⅓ tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2-3 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Blend 1 cup milk and wheat on high for 3-4 minutes. Add rest of milk and blend 2 more minutes until kernels are ground fine. Heat griddle. Reduce speed to medium. Add egg, sugar, oil, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Scrape sides of blender. Pour into a lightly greased griddle. Bake until dry 1/2-2" around edges. Flip.

Serve with buttermilk syrup.
