50 g butter (1 3/4 ounce)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 TBS milk
1 cup self raising flour

Spice Mix

1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground aniseed
1/2 tsp ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter and sugar, then add spice mix.

Add the flour and milk and make very very small marble sized balls.

Bake for 10-15 min at 320 degrees F until golden.

From Crissy:

I think the nutmeg was a tad strong so I'd lower it a little.
I used liquid anise and it worked well.
I had to add some water to get a wetter dough.
