2 cups diced potatoes
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can cream-styled corn (2 cups)
1/2 cubed, cooked ham
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated cheese (Cheddar or American)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, carrots, celery, ham and seasonings in a deep saucepan. Add 1 cup water, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add corn and cook 5 more minutes. Add milk and cheese. Stir until cheese melts and chowder in heated through.

DO NOT BOIL.

Serve hot.
