Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
16-20 spears fresh asparagus, trimmed
8 slices prosciutto
8 slices provolone (or swiss)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500

Rinse the asparagus and cut off the tough ends.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Put asparagus on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and season with Kosher salt and pepper.

Cut slices of cheese in 3 equal parts and wrap around 2 stalks (3 if smaller) of asparagus. Then wrap prosciutto around each asparagus spear, starting at the bottom, and spiraling up to the tip to hold asparagus together and cheese in place.

Place the wrapped spears on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 5 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove, and shake the pan back and forth to roll the spears over. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until asparagus is tender, and prosciutto is crisp. Serve immediately.
