- 1 ˝ T. Olive Oil
- 1 T. Liquid Aminos (or soy sauce)
- 1 ˝ Tsp. Smoked Paprika (Spicy alternative, Smoked Chili Powder)

- 1 lb. Fresh Green Beans
- 2 T. Garlic

- Sauté pan with lid

Preparation:

1. Mince Garlic
2. Trim ends of green beans. Cut into 3 inch pieces.

Cooking:

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
2. Add garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute.
3. Add green beans
4. Add smoked paprika and liquid aminos.
5. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
6. Cover for 5-10 minutes until beans are tender. Stir occasionally

*If using Smoked Chili Powder, be aware of how spicy you want to make the Green Beans. You may not want to use the full 1 ˝ Tsp or maybe you want more. :)

Be sure to use green beans that feel firm and crisp (snap when bent). You shouldn't be able to see the seeds bulging.
