3/4 CUBE butter
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp flour
1/2 cup (or more according to desired consistency)
2 slices American cheese

1 bunch of asparagus

Directions:
Directions:
Make paste with first 3 ingredients, thicken with the milk over moderate heat until desired thickness. Add the cheese and stir til melted and combined. Then add the asparagus and cook until tender.
