1 package large elbow macaroni.
1 cup half and half.
1 lb cheese block cheddar or sharp.
1 bag shredded cheese.
1 cube butter.
1 Tbsp flour.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni until andante.
In a quart sauce pan cut about cheese in cube and add half and half, butter stir until everything is melted.
Add flour to thicken, salt and pepper to taste.
Stir until desired consistency is meet.

In a casserole dish place drained macaroni and cheese, mix together until fully combined.
Add shredded cheese on top for browning.
Bake in pre-heated oven 350 degrees for 30 min.
