12 oz. milk chocolate chips
12 oz. salted peanuts, chopped
¾ c. chunky peanut butter
20 lg. marshmallows
1 can cherry frosting

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan melt chocolate chips, add peanuts and peanut butter.
Spread ½ the mixture in 9X13 pan.
In another saucepan add 20 lg. marshmallows and 1 can cherry frosting. Cook on medium heat until marshmallows are melted, stir constantly.
Cool cherry mixture and spread on first layer of chocolate.
Spread remaining chocolate mixture on top.
Cool and eat.
