2 tbsp. yeast
2 c. warm water
½ c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 large eggs
¼ c. canola oil
6½-7 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt, eggs, oil and 3 c. flour. Beat on medium speed until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
Turn dough onto a floured surface. Knead until smooth about 6-8 minutes. (I let my kitchen aid knead it. Run on low speed for 4-5 minutes).
Place dough in greased bowl. Cover with a warm wet towel till doubled in size. Punch down. Divide into 2 loaves.
Put in greased loaf pans. Let rise till double in size, covered with a towel.
Preheat oven to 375º . Bake 25-30 minutes.
