1# bacon
1/2 c. butter
4 c. French bread cubes
2 c. sharp cheddar, grated
8 eggs
1/2 t. dry mustard
1 t. salt
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Preheat oven to 325. Melt butter in Pyrex dish. Pour bread on top and toss, then sprinkle with grated cheese.

Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard with fork. Pour over bread cubes in casserole. Sprinkle with bacon. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Let stand 5-10 minutes.
