2 lbs thinly deli-sliced roast beef, rare

1 lb thinly sliced provolone or Swiss cheese

12 crusty rolls

1 packet Knorr Au jus - or beef broth combined as instructed on packet.
Or 2 cans beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan, heat au jus/ broth

In med. sauce pan, add 1/4" of the broth, heat to simmer

Add beef, in single slices to separate for even heating.

Cover and turn off heat. Don't cook the meat.

Add meat and cheese to sliced, toasted buns

Pour au jus into individual bowls

Dip and enjoy
