3½ c. warm water
⅔ c. sugar
½ c. oil
6 tbsp. yeast

1 tbsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
10½ c. flour
¼ c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Frosting:
1 cube butter
2 dashes salt
2 tsp. vanilla
6 c. powdered sugar
milk (to thin if needed)
flavored frosting:

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix warm water, sugar, oil and yeast. Let sit for 15 minutes.
2. Add salt, beaten eggs, flour.
3. Mix for 10 minutes. Let sit 10 minutes.
4. Oil counter top (don't use flour). Dump out dough. Divide in half.
5. Press out into rectangle. Spread melted butter and cinnamon-sugar mixture on
dough.
6. Roll up tight but not too tight.
7. Cut into 12 rolls place on greased cookie sheet.
8. Repeat with other half of dough. Let rise.
9. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 400º.

Frosting:
Add butter, salt, vanilla and powdered sugar. Milk to thin if needed.(a little bit goes far)

Frosting flavoring;
orange rolls add orange juice concentrate to taste.
chocolate, add baking cocoa.
cream cheese, add 8 oz. cream cheese.
