1 cup sugar
2 T flour
2 1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup pineapple juice
1 tbsp lemon Juice
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 pkg Acini de Pepe
5 cans mandarin oranges
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cup mini marshmellows
1 container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour and 1/2 tsp of the salt. Gradually stir in pineapple juice (if there isn't enough to make 1 3/4 cup you can use mandarin orange juice to make up the difference. Cook ove rmoderate heat and stir until thickened. Add lemon juice, cool mixture to room temp. Bring water, remaining 2 tsp salt and oil to a boil. Cook until pasta is done (see box). Combine pineapple juice mixture and pasta, store in airtight container overnight in fridge. Next day, fold in remaining ingredients carefully. Chill well and serve.
