2# fresh white fish, cut into 6 pieces
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. Worcestershire
salt & pepper
1/2 c. flour
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. Parmesan
3 T. butter
2 T. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle on fish. Salt and pepper then dredge in flour. Dip in eggs then Parmesan. In heavy skillet, sauté fish in mixture of butter and oil over medium 3-4 minutes. Turn and brown other side. Cook at 400 for 3-4 minutes to heat through.
