4 T. Butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1-1/2 lb round steak cut in cubes 1/2 in. square
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 can cream of mushroom sou
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet, add onion and met. Sear on all sides. Add salt and paprika. Cover & simmer 20 minutes. Add soup & sour cream. Stir & simmer for 7 minutes longer. Serve over steamed rice.
