2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1½ tsp. salt
1½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
½ c. butter (cold)
½ c. buttermilk
¼ c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a medium bowl.
Slice butter into ¼" slices. Add to mixture.
Use a pastry blender to cut together till there are no large chunks.
Add butter, milk and buttermilk. Stir w/spoon till dough forms.
Roll out ¾" thick on floured surface. Cut into 3" pieces and arrange close together on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake 15-20 minutes until top just starts to turn golden brown. Watch closely they burn quick.
Remove from oven and brush tops with melted butter.
