1lb hamburger (preferably ground chuck 80/20)
1 medium onion chopped
1 small can tomato paste
3 cans water (use tomato paste can)
1/2 cup ketchup
1 TBSP Vinegar (apple cider)
1 1/2 TBSP chili powder
1 TBSP salt

Mix all together in a pot. Mix well. Cook over low heat for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Stir often
