3 C. Water or milk
¼ C. Sugar
5 tsp. Salt (level)
⅓ C. Oil
9½ C. Flour
3 yeast cakes
1 or 2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk. Add sugar, salt, oil and eggs. When milk is cool add yeast. Add 3-4 cups of flour and beat until a smooth consistency. Add remaining flour to make a smooth, easy-to-manage dough until dough does not stick to hands. Place in a warm spot and let rise until double in bulk. Separate into 3 loaves and place in greased bread pans. Once again let rise until double. Bake in 350º oven for approximately 45 min to 1 hour (or until golden brown).
