3 eggs
3 C. Sugar
4 C. Flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 C. Milk
1 TBSP almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until thick (about 10-15 minutes). Add sugar. Sift flour with baking powder and add alternately with milk to which has been added almond extract. Bake in 2 greased paper-lined bread pans. (Grease paper and pan). For 1 hour 10 minutes at 300º. Serve buttered with Jack cheese.
