Ginger Beef Recipe

Use top round, skirt steak or sirloin
Cut the beef into strips, pound lightly to tenderize

Sauce - 2 TBSP cornstarch and 1/2 cup beef broth plus 1/4 cup approx soy sauce
Mix well, heat gently until thickened

Sautee veggies - broccoli, carrots, red pepper strips, green onions or regular and about 2 cups sliced mushrooms

Enough oil to saute

Spices - 2 tsp grated ginger
2 cup cooked rice

Saute your veggies first
Set aside

Make your soy / broth / cornstarch sauce - set aside

Clean out your pan / wok Add some veg or olive oil
Bring to high heat
Add your beef, and saute till brown

Stir in your veggies, add the soy / broth mix and ginger

Serve over your prepared rice
