2 C. Flour (I use whole wheat— it can be a mixture)
3 TBSP baking powder
2 TBSP honey
⅓ C. Oil
½ C. Wheat germ
½ tsp salt
1 C. Milk
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients (except wheat germ) together. Mix moist ingredients together and stir into the fry mixture. Add wheat germ. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes in greased muffin tins.
