2 c. macaroni, uncooked
½ c. butter, 1 stick
¼ c. all-purpose flour
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. dry mustard
⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper
¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheese (use a good brand cheese)

Preheat oven to 350º.
In a large pot, cook pasta.
In another saucepan melt butter over low heat.
Whisk in flour, salt, pepper, mustard, cayenne and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook over low heat. Stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove for heat.
Stir in milk. Heat to boiling and stir constantly.
Stir in cheese until melted and mixed.
Add drained noodles and stir well.
Dump in 2 qt. casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
