2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp kosher or sea salt
1 1/4 c buttermilk - room temp makes it easier
2 large eggs
6 tablespoons melted butter
1 tsp vanilla

From this, you can make:

Blueberry muffins
Banana pancakes - try adding some peanut butter to the batter
Baked doughnuts
Cranberry Almond muffins
Chocolate chip pancakes
