1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
Salt
Pepper
1 small chopped onion
Heinz Ketchup
3 T. Chili powder
Garlic powder (or fresh garlic)
Quick oats (approx. 1 cup)


Sauce:
Ketchup
Bar-b-que sauce
Some lemon juice
Brown sugar to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients except ground beef and oats and mix thoroughly. Add in enough oats so that mixture is still moist. Add in ground beef. Shape into loaf in lightly greased baking pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Add sauce to top of meatloaf the last 30 minutes of baking time. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
