1 pt. Jar giardiniera, well drained
1 pt. Artichoke hearts in oil, drained
1 can (8oz) whole button mushrooms, drained
1 can (8oz) black olives, drained
2 (8oz) cans tomato sauce
1 can (7oz) water packed tuna, well drained
4 TBSP California white wine vinegar

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Place in covered container. Refrigerate 24 hours. Mix once or twice while mixture marinates. Serve with small rounds of rye, French, caraway bread, or crackers.
