Chicken wings
Garlic salt
Corn starch
Egg, beaten

Sauce:
¾ C. To 1 C. Sugar
¼ C. Chicken broth
3-4 TBSP ketchup
½ C. Japanese Rice vinegar
1 TBSP Soy sauce
1 TBSP Accent or Selt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut wings in half. Cut tips off. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Shake in corn starch, roll in beaten egg (cornstarch first). Fry until golden brown (light). Place in shallow pan side by side and pour sauce over them. Place in oven for 1½ hours at 325ºF.

Sauce:
Heat until sugar melts. Pour over wings.
