3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 TBSP Butter
1 can cream (evaporated milk)
2 large eggs
1 can pumpkin (NOT PUMPKIN PIE MIX)
2 1/2 TSP pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350º . Mix all ingredients together and bake at 50-60 min (until a butter knife can be stuck in the middle & come out clean)

You do not need crust for this pumpkin pie, the bisquick does that for you. This is a recipe from your Skinny Granny. This was the only kind of pumpkin pie we had at her house......its the best
