Ingredients:
1 pack au jus mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can French onion soup
1/2 cup water
1 TSP black pepper
1 TSP garlic powder
2 lbs cube steak

Gravy thicken:
3 TBSP cornstarch
3 TBSP cold water

Directions:
Directions:
mix ingredients together & pour 1/2 in crockpot. Add cube steak then add remaining mixture over the steak. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs

If the gravy isn't thick enough after cooking then mix cornstarch and water together (in a cup) then add to your crockpot. You do not need to do this if the thickness of the gravy is good for you.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Be careful with adding salt to this while cooking. Canned soups have lots of salt already & so does the Au jus mix. This is good with mashed potatoes.
