Dried herbs = 1 T. fresh herbs 1 T. dried minced onion = 1 small fresh onion ⅛ tsp. Garlic powder = 1 small clove of garlic 1 package active dry yeast = 1 cake compressed yeast
Evaporated milk: 1c. water, 2/3c. Pwd. milk Sweetened Condensed Milk: 1 c. hot water 2 c. sugar ¼ c. margarine 4 c. instant nonfat dry milk
Combine hot water and sugar and heat until sugar is dissolved. Add margarine. Place in blender and add dry milk gradually, blending until smooth. Yields 2 cans Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk. or 1 qt. Store in Fridge until used.
