½ c shortening
2 eggs
1 c sour cream
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
4 c flour

Cream wet ingredients. Sift and add dry ingredients. Chill. Roll out to ⅛ inch. Cut and put on greased (parchment paper) cookie sheet.
