Ingredients:  
1 can quartered artichokes
3 cans whole green beans
1 c shredded Parmesan cheese
c grated Parmesan cheese
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil to taste
1 c almond flour
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Chop up artichokes and green beans into pieces. Combine with all other ingredients and mix well.

Put in greased 9x13 dish.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

**NOTE: I plan to make this dish for Christmas dinner 2020. I will use marinated artichokes and French-style green beans instead of listed ingredients. I may even add a little juice from the marinated artichokes for flavor. Finally, I may substitute ground up, toasted low carb tortillas for the almond flour. Wish me well!!!
