2 T butter
2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese
½ c whipping cream
2 bags frozen broccoli florets, steam in microwave and cut into small pieces
3 bags riced cauliflower, defrost in microwave and then cook off all water in pot
Salt
Black pepper
1 c shredded cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, cream cheese and cream in large sauce pan to make cheese sauce; adjust whipping cream for desired thickness. Add prepared broccoli and prepared riced cauliflower to cheese sauce; add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Put in greased 9x13 dish and top with shredded cheddar.

Bake at 325 deg F for 20 minutes.

Lukey made this dish for Thanksgiving 2020 – it was AMAZING!!!! You could not tell the difference between the riced cauliflower and real rice. YUM-MY!!!
