1/3 + 1/2 c sourdough starter
1 1/4 c distilled water
4 c flour
2 t kosher salt
1 t yeast

Directions:
Add starter, water and yeast in large bowl. Add flour and salt. Mix well, dough will be sticky. Cover with saran wrap and let rise overnight or 6-8 hrs. Generously flour counter (and hands) and dump dough onto surface. Knead for 3-5 minutes. Liberally flour parchment paper, adding dough seam side down. Cover with another piece floured parchment paper and let rise two more hours. Preheat Dutch oven in 435 degree oven 30 minutes before baking. At the end of two hours, carefully place bread in Dutch oven. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake another 20 minutes. Internal temperature should be 190F. Remove from oven and let cool 30 minutes before slicing. Store unused bread in your Dutch oven.
