1/4 cup soft margarine
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup sour milk
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 cups grated zucchini

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Pour into cake pan. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.

To sour the milk add 1 teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice and set aside for 5 minutes.
The zucchini makes this cake very moist.
